I. Seller Responsibilities

We provide refunds or compensation only under the following clearly defined conditions:

Critical Quality Issues

• Verified structural defects affecting safety (e.g., cracks, fractures)
• Incorrect specifications shipped (must be supported by unboxing video and original order confirmation)

Compensation Solutions

• Minor cosmetic flaws (e.g., coating scratches): Up to 10% refund
• Packaging damage caused by transit: Up to $150 repair credit (requires courier’s written confirmation)

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed within 10 business days upon defect approval
• Actual credit time depends on your payment provider or bank

II. Buyer Responsibilities

By placing an order with us, you acknowledge and accept the following custom production conditions:

Inspection Requirements

• Unboxing must be recorded in one uninterrupted video showing intact packaging and labeling
• Defect reports must be submitted within 2 hours of delivery with clear 4K photos

Non-refundable Scenarios

• No refund for buyer-side errors including:
• ✘ Incorrect offset (ET), PCD, or hub specifications
• ✘ Fitment issues on the buyer’s vehicle
• ✘ Personal dissatisfaction with custom colors or finishes

Custom Order Deposit

• 90% deposit becomes non-refundable once production begins
• Refusing delivery without cause will result in 100% forfeiture

Return Approval Rules

• Physical returns are generally avoided to reduce cross-border costs
• Returns are only accepted upon written approval from us; buyer assumes all customs/tariff fees

• All finishes are subject to ±5% color variance due to batch differences
• Disputes over defects require third-party inspection (SAE/JWL certified); cost borne by liable party
• All international tariffs/duties for returns are the buyer’s responsibility
